I'm in when these come back in stock, is the pump prime feature worth the extra cost? Someone care to explain?
I got a PM and purchased a pump prime version which I installed earlier in the week and the car seems to fire up just fine, so no complaints. The pump prime feature runs your fuel pump for 3 seconds when you turn your key over to power, which I read pressurizes your fuel system so when you turn the key over to ignition your injectors should be spraying immediately once your car tries to start. Therefore allowing your car to turn on quicker and crank less.
Apparently there are parts in the fuel system that over time can fail (I assume check valves, etc) and can cause pressure in your fuel system to be reduced compared to a correctly functioning system. Is it worth the extra money? Not really sure. My car started fine before with an OEM DME relay and now with the solid state relay with pump prime it starts exactly the same.
Overall if this DME relay doesn't have a failure rate similar to the OEM part, then I will be very happy. I guess time will tell.
Would love to be added to the list as well (pump prime please). I'm in Canada, but have plenty of family in the US to ship to as well, so either way works.

Got mine the other day, I went with pump prime version as my car sits for long periods of time and figured it was a good idea...having said that I want to scrap yard yesterday to get a fuel rail for my Volvo wagon, pulled one off a car that had been sitting there over a year and gas shot everywhere so my guess is that unless you have a weak pressure valve or something pump prime may not be necessary (yes I did draw some comparison of Porsche and Volvo...both are fuel injected/Bosch)
