1994 964 Widebody Value Question
#16
no i do not have the original cup wheels but i don't think they'd be too hard to source. i edited in above the asking price of $75k. the seller will not accept a dime less. for me this is a lot to invest into a car i'd want to drive so, dunno...maybe...she sure is pretty...

i believe this car will need WB cup wheels not standard cup II wheels which won't be so easy to find...
after a restless night i've decided to reluctantly let this beauty go. gonna return to hunting for a 964 or 993 NB
thats super clean but doesn't tap my entire savings. no fun if there's no money left over for gas, ha!
if anyone has a manual coupe any color as long as its clean and well cared for and fair market value i'd
be very interested. thanks all!

I had an opportunity to buy one of 2 Wimbledon green over black C4 widebody cars with 27k miles last year for $67k and I passed thinking it was too much now it is well over 6 figures. They only made so many and if it is a sound car grab it if you want one.

There is a set on Pelican right now, not cheap and you will need to double check the offsets.

there's two black ones for sale online, both are mid $80's, haven't seen any other ones recently that are sub $75. if you like the car and have the money buy it and start enjoying it. these things are too hard to come by with such low numbers
just my 2 cents

Holt priced his black one (45k mi) to me at $99.5k. (Both he and his son quoted me that same figure 4 weeks ago).
The black one on Long Island (33k mi)...I went to see that car about 2 months ago. He told me..."It will take very, very close to 90 to buy it". ( He might have even said nothing below 90...it's hard to remember).
Either way...I suggest any one looking at the one in Long Island to actually go and physically lay eyes on that car before buying it...

I feel the car was worth it it was however too much for me to invest in a driver. That said I like my drivers to be super clean like this car was but just too many $$$
If anyone is interested I could perhaps refer you to the seller although I believe he's already taking it to Ron Tonkin's here in the PNW who will likely mark it up towards $90k and eventually someone with deep pockets will wander in bedazzled by the prices on all the Maseratis and think 90 seems like a fine value I'll take it WTH not! Or something like that...
Tough letting this one go i was thinking about this car for a solid month, ugh.
UPDATE: Car is indeed at Ron Tonkin and they're now asking a cool $100k. Gulp.
