RUF content - Geneva 2015
Gents,
i don't normally post in the 964 section but would love to share my love with you all before the press day unveiling in few hours. i don't think this baby will get much attention as other super cars but with the passion we share in common makes me believe it will be appreciated here.
this RUF RCT Evo project took nearly a year to complete. looks simple but few decisions were hard to make as you could imagine. i'm glad it looks promising at the end at least to my liking. i will post more pictures along the way including my own pics when i go see it next week. in the mean time i'll share some milestone pics with you first.

Looks grand and love the integrated roll cage.
Technology has evolved over the inception of RUFs 964 conversion. I assume therefore the performance numbers are different to period RUF 964s?

I knew something was up when I saw the Ruf Facebook transporter picture, loaded with a 964 and heading to Geneva.
Welcome to the 964 forum. I'm sure we all would love to hear the story about how this car came about. I know the 964 is one of Alois' favorite 911 platforms and that he also recently built a green 964 for his personal use. Any great stories about the 964 from Alois? Did you get weekly updates from the boys at Pfaffenhausen?
I just love the rain gutter delete option, and would love to see how nicely the integrated roll cage blends into the interior. Beautiful touches all around.

Love that color! Can't wait to read the details of your build. Congrats!
Agreed! I believe it was the 2013 Excellence article featuring Alois' personal 964 RCT Evo where he said it was his favorite platform.

Utterly speechless and very much look forward to seeing the car on the weekend. I can imagine that the bill for the conversion was way north of EUR100k... The only aspect that I struggle with is the rear spoiler on the narrow body. If I'm not mistaken the manufacturer is Niederhof in Starnberg, Germany, where I used to live many moons ago...
