Parked the car for winter before getting a chance to install them. I never used the fogs in the first place so I doubt I'll miss them. I plan on getting H4 headlights at some point so I will wire the fog switch to the city lights in the H4 headlight.

Can anyone tell me what the diameter is for the Cult Werks RS ducts? I'd like to order the 3" brake duct hose from Rennline assuming that's the correct diameter.
My '90 C2 came equipped with RS ducts, but they're oval shaped and won't easily accommodate a brake duct hose. FVD carries what appears to be the cult-werks ducts, a very nice design. FVD also carries a complete brake duct kit which appears to have different ducts with a smaller diameter hole. And while the FVD kit looks nice, it appears to just blow air haphazardly into the wheel wells. I'd like to get as much air as possible down there, and direct it right to calipers. So the Cult-Werks RS ducts are on order. I've read several great installation threads (http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarti...ct_install.htm), but any tips on hose diameter and directing them directly to the calipers will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for looking, and happy Thanksgiving!
Jim
Existing RS duct (looks great, but non functional)
Cult-Werks RS bypass (nice design, and large diameter)
FVD brake cooling kit (cute, but ducts appear to be much smaller, and air is not properly directed to calipers)

The FVD/Cult ducts are about 2.5" in diameter. For the record, they don't just blow into the wheel wells, they blow into the plenum for the oil cooler on the passenger side and the condenser on the drivers side, which adds some cooling effect. Unless you track your car heavily, you probably won't get any real benefit from the added expense/work of ducting to the brakes, imho.

Thbaks for the reply JPar. I'm speaking of the FVD kit when describing air blowing haphazardly into the wheel wells. Pumping air into the wheel well and relying on a plastic deflector is too indirect IMHO. My car is a work in progress, but it will be heavily tracked and autocrosssed. Thanks again, and if anyone can weigh in on the best size duct hose for the Werks RS duct it would be greatly appreciated. Will a 2.5" line fit around the duct? Will 3" fit if I line the edge of the duct with a split rubber hose? Thanks again,
