Damn. Can you get PC access tomorrow? It's free software you could delete it once you've uploaded the files onto your Garmin?

Don't know many PC users and don't have time tomorrow. Hmmm.. I'll have a think! Besides hopefully we'll all stick together!

James,

can you post the links to the routes on RL, then anyone can pick them up, worst case scenario is they have to programme their GPS manually

OK, Mac chaps, don't panic.

I will bring a laptop with the software so we can upload during the tour.

So, the tour has been on for the last 4 days, it's been a great extended weekend with some real highs and a low.
Today we make our way home.
The Dutch contingent travelled back late yesterday afternoon, those travelling back to the
UK, start the journey today with some great mountain and cross France country roads.
Some photos at the Old Reims GP circuit this afternoon and the final part of the journey back to the UK Tuesday morning.
Lots of photos and some video's to follow.

The queue for the Mont Blanc tunnel was horrendous, stop start for ages. 200 yds from the entrance and suddenly I cant get a gear, nothing. The lever just baulked. I lift the clutch pedal and it only returns to midway. Now I'm panicking.

Staff come over and say you cant park there. I manage to get it into third and pull off. All the way through the tunnel and the hair pins on the other side, I'm thinking I cant breakdown here. I finally got to a service area and stopped. I pumped it again and again and it started working. I'm hoping it was the a temporary issue caused by the heat of queuing. Any ideas?

Pray for me people.
Captain Slow.

You can't park there lol.
If it's all working fine again I would say it could of been the heat?

Likely the heat - probably overheated the clutch fluid.

Looking forward to see the pics guys!!

I am dying to see the amazing photos of your lads outing...I have to admit I am jealous...as my p-car is quietly being dissasembled in SoCal, while I am forced to drive the beautiful mountain roads in my other p-car...P as in Prius.

Quick post some pics and a trip report to fuel my imagination...I would love to hear which routes you all felt were the most enjoyable.
