Default Fuel injectors

Hi All,

I recently purchased some Bosch 36 lb fuel injectors. As some of you know I've got a 3.8 + stuff and when it was getting mapped by Wayne he mentioned that right at the top of rev range there was a brief lean period and would benefit from larger injectors.

My question is can I throw these straight in or do I need to consider electrical issues like impedance?

Throwing in these injectors will result in your engine running massively rich everywhere. Only way is a new remap. So long as the connector is the right type and they are high impedance injectors they will work.

Fixed the problem. The fuel pump was seized. It would jolt but not make a buzzing noise when powered. Replaced both the pump and the filter and now everything is fine.
