Heel-toe downshift
#16
Yep, I went with the rennline gas pedal with the red extenders. Dead pedal and floorboard, but kept the stock rubber clutch and brake.
When installing the gas, I added 3mm rubber washers to give the pedal height.
Now, using method 2 easily. Love the mod, rev matching most downshifts effortless.
Cheers

I agree that you need a pedal setup that is designed for H&T but will add that seat placement makes a difference too, try moving the seat(usually further forward that you would normally use) this changes the relationship between the foot and the pedals

Woah I didn't think I would have such detailed and informative answers... Thanks to you all!!
I rev matched on my speedbike (track and street) and had no problem under very hard braking (rear wheel almost lifting) but on the car its much more difficult.

I have extra pedal fitted to my Cup which was there when I bought it. Last driver J.P. Jarier(F1)
My RS needs this done as the brake sits well above the accelerator pedal and with new pads it does not make H&T easy.

I learned to H/T on all of my previous cars that had a pendulum pedal setup. Buying my 964 last year, this was the first time I had ever even touched a floor-hinged pedal setup and I actually found H/T to be much easier. I learned using the #1 method, and I can execute the same method in my 964 without issue in the least. It comes almost natural to me at this point because I've been doing it for so many years, but when I actually pay attention, my foot itself doesn't really move, but it's more of an ankle roll of sorts to blip the throttle.
