Intro on me and my car

I'm sure he will chime in. The b5 is a lotus only chair, or at least that's what it was designed to fit. Either way they were the best seats I've ever had in a car

Hi everyone. Another Brit. checking in. After years of Maserati ownership I bought my first Porsche back in June. It's a 1990, C4, 964 targa. Here's a photo.....
I believe that the rear screen on this model is a work of art. I'm probably in the tiny minority who prefers the lines of the targa to the coupe. I plan on keeping it stock for the moment while I get used to the car. I even like the 'flags'
As for me, I live in London and this is my first foray into German car ownership. I've owned various Fiats, Alfas & Maseratis over the years, I sold my Quattroporte in order to buy the 964. I also recently sold my Alfa V6 engined, Lancia Stratos replica which I adored but hardly ever used.
I'm a long time member of Pistonheads here in the UK and I look forward to becoming active on this forum too.
Oh & I picked my username for this forum because I just happen to be reading Steinbeck's novel of that name at the moment.

Anyway looks to be a lovely 964. You'll enjoy german build quality and reliability in no time. There's a very active London 964 Owners group…
