I am looking to replace my headlight lens cover with a clear one. Any one tried this before? Or can direct me elsewhere I can get a set. I'll be doing a projector retrofit just needs clear lens cover

I think you need to have H4s and then it is easy to switch out the glass. There are a few DIY HID threads that go over it.

 

Not sure if where you're based, but I bought that very set and they fit great on a UK 964
