I think Singer Vehicle Design is based in Cali and sells "slightly" modified 964 coupes.

Why Just CA? Unless you are prepared to expand your search you will likely be in for quite a wait.

Duke it was word of mouth, someone i knew someone who knew someone who knew I was looking for 964.

Superuser, the car has a bit more miles then I'd like at 135 and never opened up yet, the paint on the bumpers not so great asking $30k.
As of right now I am considering a 1990 c4 with all records since day 1, 94k miles and complete motor rebuild at 75k miles. 27k ( needs all new suspension, tires, and door latch)
1991 c2 with a fresh rebuild at 118k miles, 29k
1990 c2 105k miles but no records and owner won;t take a bank check for the purchase so that's out pretty much unless he changes his mind.
I'm waiting on a 1990 red c2 Dave from TRe knows about but 3 days and the person still hasn't contacted me.
They are out there but either overpriced or convertible.
