Default What did you do on a Tuesday night?

I put the motor in my 91 targa. Got it to fire once I realized the ground strap was missing and had to go to my donor car and get one. Ground strap body mount is stripped, thinking of how to get that tight. Any ideas?
Motor then ran for a min until I noticed I never connected the big oil line nut in the fender. Cleaned the mess up and then it would not restart. It has spark, and getting fuel. Problem is that the fuel smells like ****. Thought the tank was basically empty after I replaced fuel lines a few weeks ago. Guess not. Now I think the motor is flooded. I know this motor well from my wreck, so I know it is a good healthy motor. I will try to fire again in the am. Any suggestions? Just let it sit? Get more then the 5 gallons of fresh gas I put in so far?
Anyway, the rear window went in yesterday. Cup pipe arriving tomorrow. New rear center and side light on the way soon. Hopefully car is mostly done tomorrow except for front Eibach lowering springs and Bilstiens up front that I will get in next few days.
Oh, almost forgot, Any ideas why brake lights not working since I put motor in? Not sure if they ever worked actually. The driving lighs in rear are working w headlights on. Thanks.

So what did you end up doing to get that seal to fit and the rear window put in place?

I paid a pro $180 bucks to install it. Years of targa experience. Got his name from Mark at Auto sport Engeneering in Stow MA. Think the glass Tim, was from Country glass in Hudson MA. Thanks guys!
