You have a special and rare car.
It looks amazing just the way it is, and Cup I wheels are by far the most suited to 964s, and increasingly coveted - I haven't found a decent set locally in two years of looking!
I've tried to like Fuchs wheels on the 964 - really I have. I love them on longhoods and impact bumper cars.
Sadly, to my eye they just don't gel.
Happy driving!

They are asking high $60's and up. Holt has a silver one, there is a black one for sale in LA for many months and there was. White one in NY but it may be sold.

No, I don't mind.... It has 32k original miles and with shipping I paid a little over 60k for it. After reading all of the comments here, I think I will just stick with the Cup 1's.... Thank you everyone.

Last year I passed on a silver one at $62K and two years before than $42K...
Only 256 made though...well and 911 (actually over 1000) in Europe as 1993 anniversary models.

I saw the silver one up close when I picked up my car this past June. It was really nice but then so was my C2. I probably spent 8-10K more for my car than I would have from a private seller but it was much less hassle and the car was/is superb.

Speedlines
Speedlines are the closest to original fitment/fuchs look IMHO
That said I would love a set of the new Fuchs or Fuchs lookalikes.
By the way - nice car you have - what's your vin number?

I had a 964 WB in GP white too. I ran authentic 18" Speedline Turbo 3.6 wheels and Cup 1s during the winter. If you want OEM/authentic, this is the ideal setup. Good luck and enjoy. It is a wonderful car.

It amazes me about how univerally all classics - especially the rare ones - have gone through the roof in the last 5 years... I came ever so close to buying the black/black 30k miles 964 widebody at Sloan's last October. We negotiated it down to $52,500. I wonder what he'd be asking now...
I'm kicking myself for not following my gut and listening to others' suggestions to start with a less expensive one for my first Porsche. 3 cars later, I'm in a 37k mile 964 C4 and while I absolutely love my car, I can't help but covet your fenders. Of course, if I had listened, well, I'd be like you: starting your Porsche experience with one of the very best.
Enjoy your car!

Great looking WB....you have Cup 1's on the car which for most is the desired wheel. I would keep the C1's and maybe look into wheel spacers to fill your wheel well....IMO, your car will be worth more in the long run with those wheels that you already have and look great to boot...
Put them up for sale and see how many inquires you get...Cup1's are very desirable

I'm looking for a set of CUP 1's myself!
Anyone interested in MY02's or Stock 16's I have listed on Pelican?? PM me
