Default How to remove harness clips?

I'm going to be installing a new engine sound pad and was looking at the job ahead of me and noticed there's several of these style clips that I will need to remove.

What's the technique for removing them? Are they one time use, or can I reuse them? If I need to replace them, what's the part #?

Those appear to be similar to the ones I've worked on at work and if you take a panel popper and gently pry them off you should be okay. They have some plastic tabs inside that grasp the stud. If your worried they might break try warming the plastic up with a hair dryer first to make the plastic more pliable and soft cause they might be brittle from age.

I just cut them with a pair of snips. They cost peanuts for a bag of them from Porsche so just consider them single use.
