Default Battery kill switch

Been loving the '92 for almost a year, but always wanted to clean up the battery shut off that a PO installed in the frunk......
Makes a big lump in the carpet.
I could either relocate it or get a different bracket (shown in another thread) to make the install a little cleaner.
Any ideas on the small gauge wires attatched to the switch ? I'm not clear about what they do. The car has an aftermarket alarm.....

The small gauge wires will be there to break connectivity to the DME or DME relay or whatever else the installer chose. Just disconnecting the battery supply is not sufficient to stop a running engine as the alternator will continue to provide charge to the circuits (all be it without reference).

Read 'Fuel pump' as DME or DME relay or whatever it is you need to cut to stop the motor. I believe there is a certain wire to the DME that is the preferred link to cut. There was something about it on this forum but I can't find the thread now.
