Red centres are the business. It's a question of trying to make the existing wheels beautiful with that or starting with another wheel.

Better light this morning. In fact too much light for the iPad camera. I've got RUF suspension, which can drop the SUV height. It will get done.

When fitting the decals I followed the instruction on height above the door bottom. Now that I've fitted race numbers it's clear that I should have fitted them lower. 20/20 hindsight.

Thanks. Aside from ride height, in the last 9 months I've done all that I wanted to with the car bar backdating. It also has new seats, Momo wheel and harness bar.

They're 3 piece wheels made in the style of D90s. I've checked the photos of D90s and compared them to the wheel inner here and I don't think the inner is a machined D90 wheel part. A lot of effort for a questionable look. I still have my road tyres on them. This is how they look with the ducktail.

I think those D90 looking wheels with red centers would look great.

Yes, it's a conversation topic in our track day group. Right now it has RUF Bilsteins, rear RUF springs and something unidentified on the front. I've had the existing settings put as low as they can go. Choices now are FVD perches to allow the front to go lower, HR springs or coil overs. The labour component of any change means that I want to do this once. My specialist wants to check the coil over option himself before recommending it. In the meantime I'll soldier on.

I've been meaning to photoshop them in red and black to choose a colour. Then Plastidip is my friend.

Had a can of red Plastidip so I bypassed the photoshop. They certainly look better than original.
