Interesting that you stayed with the old style aluminum throttle body. Looks fantastic. Too bad you aren't in the states- i have an aluminum intake that would be perfect for that clean clean engine bay!

Good luck with the build...

Yes, I have a cam phase sensor on the end of bank 2 camshaft where the power steering pump used to be. Yes I'm running the merc PSP setup. I was the guy who first figured out and fitted that setup and posted it on here

I’m copying you’re PS setup to a T. Especially love the bracket and the way you went through the existing holes in the pan. What did you a grommet there? Also if you have the thread pitch info for the pump and rack handy.....

Sure. 06E905115E - Ensure they are genuine VAG ie (Eldor manufactured and stamped) parts as there are a lot of poor quality copies out there. I paid around about 240GBP for all 12 last year but I see the prices have risen now for some reason.

Hi, take a look at tdiquattro's thread on this as he did a far better job of the write up than I did and listed many of the parts required.

Do you make this kit for other? it is possible?

Hi Francis, thank-you for the interest however it would not be viable for me to spend the time making kits of these.
Thanks

what a pity. I understand. I know it has been an exciting long way to get to this result.
I then try to take the example of you.
What worries me and the first basic setting so that the car can start and exit from my tie. Then I will do the optimizations.
It is certainly easier to start by using the dual ignition unchanged and original reels.

Can the Delta800 come with basic settings without going through the specialist-components kit?
