Default Steering issue

For the past year I have parked my 90' 964 in a spot that requires me to turn the steering wheel all the way to the right in order to back out.

A week or so ago it felt like I had ran over a small stone when I was exiting the parking spot. Since then I have noticed this several times. What would cause a bumping feel on the front drivers side wheel well when reversing with the steering wheel turned completely to the right? A visual inspection did not reveal any thing that seemed out of place.

Thanks for any suggestions.

My guess would be steering ackermann + driving on a loose surface.

Maybe tyre rubbing on the inner arch at full lock, the wheel could "climb" the inner arch a bit I guess at slow speeds which might be felt as a bump?

Thanks Vandit and Alex. Yesterday I tested it and found that it will repeat. I don't think that the tire is rubbing but I will check today. My assumption is that something is out of repair.

a c4? mine does this in forward or reverse, as all of my awd cars have at close to full steering lock. a small skip or slide is what i would describe it as. like i hit a tiny patch of ice. not every time, but every once in a while.
