Dead Pedal/Foot Rest Recommendation?
The vinyl foot rest pad in my car is starting to wear. I'm thinking a dead pedal (foot rest or whatever it's called) to cover the pad would be a good idea.
I'm looking for recommendations for one that fits well , doesn't look to harsh (maybe black to blend in a bit), and doesn't cost an arm 'n leg.
I've seen the Rennline one and it looks pretty good and doesn't cost to much but for a few bucks more I can get the complete set from design911 or
Ultimate Pedals. The only issue is those don't come in black and I'm not sure I really need the full set.
Any recommendations or comments?

i like my SRP's - come in black too http://www.srpracing.com/
got them with a red strip on my old RS - looked great and worked better
altho I must admit I've never found the stock pedals bad/lacking in any respect (H&T etc..) other than durability

no affiliation ... just great service

Don't buy from SM however, as the original part is available from Stuttgart AG far cheaper (albeit, it doesn't have the rubber facing on it)

yes true - the foot rest off a LHD is inverted ... but interestingly there is no space on a RHD for foot rest,
at least not on my 90 (series L) with the centre consol and the clutch pedal right up against it
