I have a '90 964 Cab that has an ongoing issue. 90% of the time my dash blower will not run. The blower motor in the engine compartment does run and my AC compressor kicks in when selected. Every once in a while the blower will come on for a short while. I've swapped out the dashboard climate controls and this had no effect. I know there is a relay, resistor and a regulator in play here. Anyone with advice on how to troubleshoot and prioritize what components to replace?

Any advice would be much appreciated. My ride has been troubled with this issue for years. Since I primarily run it in good weather with the top down, it's not too bad. But if I need to run the car with the top up it is a real pain in the .....
