rennspeed front splitter installed with pics !
I was hoping someone who has installed the renspeed 2 piece front splitter would chime in and give me some advise as to how they fitted and installed theirs and what products they used to fasten/adhere it as i don't want to use mechanical fasteners any where exposed. Currently they are off getting painted to match bumper. I am thinking 3m tape or 2 part epoxy maybe urethane near the top and screws at the bottom. Or is there a better method?

I have a set I am waiting to install also as I cant decide whether to use the existing mounting holes of the front valance and longer screws or to use some adhesive system instead.
https://rennlist.com/forums/964-foru...tallation.html seems to be the only thread with some tips so far. Lets hope we can get some other input

I have the one piece splitter that replaces the undertrays, and used longer screws to attach it
I also used VW beetle (air cooled type of course) fender beading in between the splitter and valance ...filled the slight gaps nicely and cost about $17 for a roll of it from JC Whitney (no affiliation)

I used longer screws. The hard part is drilling the holes to match in the splitter. I made a templae which helped. After 5 years I need to take mine off and reglass both both of them on the bottom as they have been ground down. Leave the existing rubber lip on the car.

Just need to get someone local who has fitted them on theirs to do mine now!
