Rubber grommets for front wheel sensor wiring falling apart, replacement?

The rubber pieces on the wiring for the wheel speed sensor and brake pad sensor have fallen apart, so now the wiring just kinda hangs out in the wheel well instead of being nicely secured on the fixture in the wheel well and on the strut body. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm stealing this pic from a recent 993 thread, but the two rubber pieces (1 in the background and the next downstream) seen here are what i'm referring to.
