Have you read any of Bill Verburg's posts ??????

He has proven empirically that the 993 is superior in all respects to the 964 and don't you dare challenge him because .... well he is the expert.

Therefore no more of this silly talk .... the 964 is the weaker sibling to the 993 .... PERIOD.

I still like my 964 despite it's vast inferiority to the 993 ....

Maybe you can clarify your points with your fellow 993 member "axl911".

I know you can always find an ******* in any group ...... 964'ers included.

I don't take anything posted on an internet forum seriously.

But it is fun to poke the bear.

Yes I've read Bill's posts. They are his opinions and he is entitled to them. Just as those that say the 964 is"better". In MY opinion, the truth lies in what the owner desires.

As previously stated, each model has its pros and cons and each will appeal to the individual taste of its owner.

Me? I'd like a couple of each please.

It's just that manner in which he posts he make it sound like it is a fact and not an opinion.

I guess I've been a very very bad boy.

Ten lashes ......

Off topic. I've noticed that this year there has not been as much salt laid down on our roads.

I am very tempted to put the insurance on a couple of month early and go for some drives.

Off topic again. How the hell do you get to 5,000 posts when our join dates are within 6 months ?????????

I read lots of posts which I disagree with, though I never go out of my way to insult any members opinion. Speaking of which- you might want to pay for a Rennlist membership if you're going to keep stirring the pot....Just my .02.

I'm out in Maple Ridge and I swear someone on council gets a kickback for liquid de-icer. They seem to lay it dow EVERY firckin night! But I know as you get into Vancouver proper, the roads are corrosive-crap free. So my cars stay in the garage for a few more weeks unfortunately. I did, however, get an opportunity to drive a very special 964 yesterday. I'm in love.

As to the 5000 posts, well I drink a fair amount of beer over the winter months. These are the results.

No, please stay as a "user". It would be a lot easier to just toss you off as just another annoying a@#h@le poster.

Looking forward to your first contributing post.

Yes, indeed. 993 RSR, and 993 GT-2 race cars are seam welded.

The regular street cars are not.
