Here's my newly acquired '91 964 C2 Targa sporting 18" BBS RS II wheels. Didn't love the look on the stock height suspension. So I've pulled them off and replaced them with the original D90s.
The wheels are available for sale or trade. Need refinishing and one is missing one stud. More photos available if you're interested.

But man, if you dropped your car to RS height that set up would look really good.
That would open up a can of worms. Refinish wheels, get new springs and shocks,, Before the alignment, check all the bushings. Why not larger sway bars? "Hey, where's that leak coming from?"
Before you know it the car is number seven in the Suspension Madness thread.

Haha! I know exactly what you mean, my advice is just drive.
In the middle of last summer I decided enough was enough and just buttoned my car back up and drove until the white stuff and salt came. I usually use winter as my excuse to work on my 964. Of course, the further I get into my restore, the more I realize I have to do.
I'm sorry, but I just don't get this look. Maybe I'm missing something, but when the 11 O'clock to 1 O'clock position of the rubber is completely hidden behind the fender/quarter arches it just looks silly to me.
