Wow, I am surprised Porsche haven't heard about those kits. 70 HP from a maf kit.

Thumbs up

A fresh top end rebuild, quality 98RON fuel, G pipe, cat bypass & a custom dyno tune (not an off the shelf chip).

allright, thank you. any exp with reliability issues due to higher stress?

and whats the deal with drivetrain losses? how does 300fwhp compare to rwhp? back at college, i learned something about 95% efficiency for gearbox, take that again for diff - why someone talking about 200rwhp?

It's just an industry standard. US dynos assume (IIRC) 15% drivetrain loss, but aussie ones are more like 30%. It's all to do with the settings in the software of the dyno, and you could tweak it to read whatever you want

All drivetrains will have different frictional losses, it's just an assumption for mentally calculating the equivalent hp at the engine.

None whatsoever. At 300Hp the engine is still unstressed. Bear in mind the 3.8RS ran at 300hp with the same engine but utilizing larger barrels and pistons.
