I'm getting annoyed with the window switch. Its poor engineering has been discussed to death before.
Would the later 944 switches work with the 993 lower centre console switch plate? You could use the 993 spoiler switch, extend the wiring and use new door cards that dont have the holes.
Has anyone done this?

Thats the easiest part Tom. The Switches only need Bullet connectors on them and as I dont have the big lower dash its easy. Another project for the Winter hibernation I think.

+1...the OEM parts are the biggest scam going in the 964 parts biz. I bought my first 2 or 3 window switches straight from Porsche, before I realized this was going to be a regular occurrence. I really wish a company like Rennline would come up with an alloy replacement - I'd gladly spend the money to never have to worry about them again. Its starting to get annoying.
