How does one go about joining the London 964 owners club? I,ve spent the weekend replacing a blower fan motor and chasing down electric drains but it looks like you chaps had much more fun
Frank (Porsche964FP) usually sends it out and if his 3.8ltr beast is ready I would say he will be chomping at the bit to get amongst it next mth. Jack.Pe organised this month in Franks absence.
Damn right I'm chomping on a bit - I'll have no teeth soon enough! Fingers crossed I'll make the next one - should be for end of September...

We're an owners group - no club here! Club politics and all that jaz just ain't us! Just come along to next meet and you're in the inner sanctum!
PS. I'll bring the vinyl decals with the group logo (see sig) for all those who haven't bought one and wearing it proud yet!
I actually had a load of stickers with me, but forgot to offer them up to people - too many shiny metal distractions!
All being well then Frank, I look forward to seeing Black Betty at the next one
Cheers Paul, look forward to catching up and hearing all about married life!

Same place it'll start with coffee and cars at the Row Barge and a drive up to the Parrot for lunch - some traditions aren't worth changing like the engine in the rear of a 911

ap car design alex, they had the stickers on them and ive seen them on the site before
The lenses and the casing are AP Design, but the bulbs and ballasts I got separately (one of the AP bulbs blew immediately after installation). My standard headlights were horrible, and the HID conversions (two of them) I did on the standard headlamps only helped marginally. These are much, much better than either, but they are very expensive.

We were just about at the capacity of the Row Barge car park this time, if we get too many more cars we may need to start considering an alternative meeting spot!

Hmmmm... I once went to a 911UK 993 meet with Vic a little while ago - that pub had lots and lots of space. We'll play it by ear and see how many people sign up for next months...
Re: the BBS wheel centre going missing - if I am not being daft it looks from my pics that the front left centre is missing and that was from the pics at the Row Barge. So went missing pretty early doors. Did he find it?
He found the second one somewhere down the country lane eventually. The one missing as he arrived had been problematic already, so that was in his boot. Looks like he needs to look at all four and stop it happening again!
It was a cracking turnout - thanks Jack for making it happen, and thanks all for the pics, there are some nice ones of my car I see
Great to put some faces to names too, and hopefully next time we can have a smoother run down. Making it on a sunday might help things, and possibly a fraction earlier set off to avoid the worst of the traffic. I do love the parrot though, what a lovely pub. I called into the Onslow arms in clandon on my way back, we have had a couple 911uk meets there, and it might not make a bad alternative to the row barge if we are struggling for space in the future. Just off the A3 too!
