Good to get out for this, give the car a run in the nice cold air & see some friendly faces. As others have said the pub to pub drive was a bit RAC rally in places but only managed to find one twitchy bit (sorry Strega!).

Here's a few more pics - Be warned my photography skills are very suspect and they wander a bit from 964's to the pretty silver longhood and the RUF 996 GT2 Showroom detour wasn't bad either!

Yeah, the bonnet is painted & looking okay so the car is now only 3 colours! Rear bumper next.

Modesty and the fact the car is not a 964 body prevented me sticking a pic up but I'll sneak one in next time! With a bit of luck you'll be there trundling around running your new engine in!!

Chaps, when is the next meet? Anyone up for doing something the usual this Sunday?

 

Potentially...weather looks bleak but could get better...could be the last outing for a while as we must be due a cold snap soon?!

 

havent checked weather but this sunday sounds fun. Just had a full glass out rebuild so about time i beat the hell out of it again. I need to post that nightmare unitentional restoration story at some point.

 

If I can defeat the electrical gremlins on Saturday then a Sunday meet up would be great
