Great stuff.

I'm guessing you're in the Red C2 Coupe?
What is Henrik driving?

Hi Frank, time for an update for your website.

Track Booking - you have;
21. wtdoom Black C2 coupe
23. rephlex Maritime Blue C2
24. 89Speed Black RS

This should revise to just wtdoom and me, as 89speedster was only using the Black RS to drive out and not use on track, sharing a car with wtdoom. Both our cars are booked.

Crossing - please add in the same booking as the main group each way
Rephlex Maritime Blue C2
89Speedster Black C2 coupe (wtdoom car)

Accommodation
As you chaps have the hotel booked out, we have booked the Radisson Blu Palace in the centre of the town.

There is another B&B that 964ers are staying , Neil & Annes , at least 1 cup car and 2 RSs are booked in , it is not an upmarket swanky hotel like the Radisson but it was good enough for Shedwards and will be a lot more convivial - Neil teaches people how to ride bikes fast around the 'Ring and Spa.

Got this JUST as the booking confirmation arrived! I think we will be joined by Ken and James from 9e and maybe some others, and we will join in the social.

According to Melv that one's fully booked too!

As you will be in the heart of town can I suggest that NineExcellence host a night in the nearby casino as part of the social

Loads of places to stay nearby. The Radison, is very nice, but if you want something more cost effective and closer to circuit, then try Le Relais

http://www.francorchamps-hotel.com/

There is also a new hotel at La Source, which is nice plus very close to circuit, although a little more expensive.

All

Quick update re: the garages (Boxsey thanks for the prompt). I spoke with Jonny and asked how he plans to distribute the pit garages (which we have negotiated as free as part of the package for London 964 booking). He hasnt forgotten and his view is that we will get 1 garage per 4 cars. So based on current numbers (around 25 booked so far) that will be 6-7 garages on Sat and then this will flex up or down depending on numbers for Sunday.

I will send out a brief recap end of Jan as to next steps and any logistics to consider between say beginning of Feb and late March before we head off. Though am sure Frank has probably got it all covered on his website
