I will be rebuilding my 3 pience fronts (the rears are just fine) for the second time, with new bolts and OEM sealant, soon......

anyhow, don't think HRE have the best seal seat (bad workman and all that!).....

Did the HREs on the front leak air the first time round?

If so, as youve said most likley issue is a poor seal through poor application of sealant or crap sealant

Good luck with take 2 bud!

If you get stuck I know a company who could re-seal for you for not too much.

They stayed sealed for a week before we went on the trip to Spa, and lasted all the way to the track.....then let me down (pun intended) before I even got on track!

Probably me being too parsimonious with the sealant allied to the slim sealing area......but I prefer your reason!

Good luck with take 2 bud!

Thanks, hope I don't need to take you up on that!

Thanks bud,

Really need a larger spacer on rear and the suspension to settle on front (then drop lower), but getting there!

Tyres are 215/40/18 front and 235/40/18 rear to give a little stretch

It looks great. As it sits right now do you still have fully functional drive ability or do you have to take turns slower in fear or rubbing?

No worries at all with handling etc at the moment.

Front archs are however rolled as car normally sits lower (suspension hasnt fully settled on photos since wheel swap).

Im spacing out the rears by about another 15mm and then lowering the front and dont expect too much of an issue

Chris
