I didn't set out to buy a red RSA, but now that I've got one I'm kinda excited about it. I've now had green, grey, black, and gold. Before I die, I must own a white 911 though.....

Any sports car looks good in red. The E type allways looks best in red. It's just not the in colour(color) at the moment.
When I was looking for a 964 3 of the 4 I looked at were red and it was a red one I bought. I bought on condition, it was a bonus for me that it was red with a light grey interior. As deutschland dobson has said, white ten years ago was a no no, but now is the most sought after colour. In a few years red will come round again. Never had a negative comment with regard to the colour. I did have when I had a yellow fiat coupe, a real marmite colour.
