Porsches do love fuel and oil. There are a few members from Dubai and Bahrain, where I know gas/petrol is cheaper than water.

my wife sends gifts to her relations in the UK and Ireland all the time. They really are birthday/Christmas gifts, and marked as such. Dunno if they have ever been opened by Irish/HMS Customs, but never has anyone been asked to pay duties. YMMV.

Lesson learnt point taken. But the goods were marked gift. But them customs folk still charged me. I guess I should have elaborated more on the box lol used sounds good to me ha ha. Yeah Bahrain, libya most oil rich countries fuel and oil is cheap.
