Paulie, I'll have an answer for you tomorrow on the thread pitch for the plug.
Also, for anyone that's interested. BAT has received some NOS on some fittings and I just ordered all my stuff for this project for 225.00 delivered. Talk to Eric, he was super helpful.
Cheers, James

Did you order the items that I listed? or are you doing a different set up?

Paulie, I just used your parts list but substituted in 22X1.5 to -12AN adaptors since I'm deleting the current fittings on the cooler to save an extra leak point and some weight. Let me know if that makes sense. I can give you the p/n's once I get home tomorrow from my invoice if you like.

Nah, its too late, I already have everything sitting at home. Car is in the air, bumper off, AC being torn out and I'm trying to figure out where to put everything. The thing that is holding me back right now, is figuring out what to do with that sensor hole ....
I was looking at an after market gauge with sensor included for a 14mm hole with 1.5 thread pitch.

Yup, we are in almost the exact same spot, but on different coasts! How have you mounted the cooler to the old AC bracket? I assume you have removed the AC condenser.

I've gotten to the point where I have removed everything that needs removing ... I did pull the fan and the condenser (haven't used the AC in 2 years, so who cares) ... This weekend I am going to sit down and assemble the lines and I am going to try to crack the oil lines loose. Hopefully everything goes smoothly with that.
