Yeah, I have done it this way, but with the lineups at the custom office (they insist to use the one at the airport), and the back and forth, it's easier for me just to drop over the border to Point Roberts and clear customs myself. I make it a point never to pay the brokerage firms..

UPDATE: Sorry, looked into shipping and I can't be in on this one. Assuming the basic 2 pt is included in the GB even at -20%, the shipping still kills it for me.
