Something like this?

I'll check the suspension madness topic.

That's pretty much the idea. Should be fine. Just be sure it's seated well and crack the bolt lose.

Thank you very much, I received the tools and could bleed brakes using the dry thechnique. Pedal is almost consistent but could be more, I will flush another 1L of dot4 as soon as I get the opportunity to evacuate any air left, if there's any. Already flushed over 1.5L in total.

Also replaced the front left engine cover/tin plate, where sensors and throttle wire go through. A real pita, took an entire day of work. Needed to take left exhaust headers, cat and air blower off to access it but was successful. As always you would be quite a bit faster the second time but I'm learning a lot.

So you got the headers off without breaking the studs! That in itself is a huge win!

When you put them back on, use copper antiseize and be careful to not over-torque. Just enough is enough.

Keep it up- i just did a bear of a job on my 996- was no fun but i learned a lot as well...so makes it worth it in the end! ...though i really don't like working on newer cars...lol
