Nice work Nigel. Looking forward to seeing at the speed championship this year.
Re the poor bonnet fit - have you kept the normal bonnet lifters? If so I would expect them to be too strong for such a lightweight bonnet and could cause the bonnet to be pushed upwards when closed.
p.s. another vote for keeping it carbon black.

Yeah, roadsleeper told me that a 997 GT3 could not pull away from him on the long straights at the Malaysian Sepang F1 track.
But then again, his NA 3.8L engine is not, how do I say it, stock!
