Default Re spoiler control module.....

Guy's,

One of the relays in my controller has welded itself shut. I've read through various previous posts by Springer and others, but it unclear if anyone has actually replaces the individual relays. Can anyone let me know if they have and where they sourced the relays please?

Cheers,

Mark 90 C2.

Is the relay crispy-looking? If not, there has not been enough current to weld anything.

Possibly some condensation wetted the contacts, and caused enough corrosion to hold the contacts together.

Try gently prying the contacts open with a jewlers' screw driver (a pin will do in a pinch). If you can open the contact, the contact surfaces can be burnished with some 1000-grit paper. Spray the contacts with electrical contact cleaner, and you should be good for another 20 years.
