The attitudes have softened somewhat.

Agreed. I haven't really heard of anyone getting any grief over the brand they drive in a long while. Maybe some gentle ribbing, but not harassed or vandalized.

Year of manufacture plates are the same as collector plates in WA state. Took forever to find a 964 number.
