I had GR8WHITE as a personalized tag on a winged 911 years ago, and thought about doing the same with my white RSA if DMV will allow for tag designations to be "reissued". However, I also thought about doing "RSA #164" and "RSA #584" for each car given their production numbers.

No idea. Truth be told, I'm not a PCA member. Thinking about it though... Haven't joined because I get all my P-car fix without being a member. Cars & Coffee is free, I do "spirited' mountain drives with friends, and there's tons of opportunity to do track days with various clubs. Rennlist takes care of the rest.

Don't know how it is now, but when I lived in Detroit ... cars not made in the USA were widely rejected and hated (e.g., the Shell station near UAW headquarters on Jefferson would not sell you gas !)
