Default Buying parts from dealership?

So I personally have never purchased anything from a dealership in my life. I need to pick up a few washers from a transmission change, specifically p/n 900-123-011-30. I see people talking about picking up stuff like this from porsche dealershipers every now and then and to be honest I don't feel like dropping 15 bucks on shipping for a few washers. I'm assuming they don't have a room of parts in the back and they'd have to order it anyway right or whats the deal?

Do you just need drain plug washers???

If so, send me your address via e-mail and I'll get you some for free.

I bought parts at my local dealership for the first time ever last week. I was in the service dept. Getting some keys cut so I asked them to look up the part # for the front plastic grill. To my surprise it was almost $20 cheaper than a popular online retailer we all use, so I still saved after paying tax.

I also needed some drain plugs for the front tub and they weren't in stock. Shipping took 2 days, but at no charge for me, and they called me when they had them in.

I'll definitely be calling them up for a price check going forward. It also seemed they have a bit of leeway on pricing, so price match can be requested.

I assumed that's how it worked, thank you.
