Chased a red 964, license plate 911URGE, into Laguna Seca this morning and recognized the moniker from Rennlist! We parked next to each other in the 964 zone of the Porsche Corral and got to meet and chat a bit! Great to meet you, Steve, and your brother. Safe travels back home!
By the way, I counted only 18 964s, by far the least amount of cars representing each type. I guess the 964s are the rarest of all!

And yes we are a rare breed of p-car.
I did the parade lap today and WOW, It was my first time dropping into the corkscrew and it was pretty cool. I also blew past a CHP motorcycle officer coming out of turn 11 onto the main straight. The only time we can get away with that.

...one of my most favorite cars of the weekend, car no. 55, was a 1953 Cooper Porsche, sometimes called the "Pooper", driven by Cameron Healy. Driven in the Gmund Cup group along with 356s, 550s and RSKs, this car was super fast and driven quite aggressively by Cameron. I was stationed at Turn 4 for these shots and it was just so thrilling to see no. 55 nailing the apex at what seemed to be the limits of adhesion and threading a line through the 356s. A big thanks to Cameron Healy for one of the highlights of the weekend!
