But don't for a second think this is all there is to it. You'll need to check every rubber seal and likely do a huge round of repairs. The A/C is most definitely shot by now, as well as every driveline and steering rack component, dependent on the rubber to hold in oil. Tires, brake hoses, you name it - not to mention engine rubber....

This one's been around awhile. It was discussed back in 2009 here:

I think someone else posted on this or another forum about possibly buying the car. I can't find that thread though and guess the sale never went through.
I'll never understand a business sitting on inventory this long. Unless it's on consignment, that's a lot of money tied up.

Yep. That probably doesn't help. Nothing says early '90s like green. Not that that is necessarily a bad thing, it's just that the color is so out of fashion at the moment. It's funny, green came in like a tidal wave in the early '90s and went out just as quickly.

I don't think it's the color as much as the price. I purchased my 90 C2 Targa Forest Green over Cashmere in May 2011. It had 22K original miles and I paid 23K for her.

My point is based on the old saying that it's only worth what someone will pay, if there is ANYONE who will pay. My personal opinion is that there are only few out of the $23K buyers out there who will buy a Forest Green car. When you multiply those odds by the the odds that there are only a few $58K buyers, that means 0 buyers fir a $58K Forest Green car.
And my comments don't even take into account the problems noted here related to a 20 year old car that hasn't been driven. No doubt it's a museum piece, just because it's new.
