Broken Rocker Arms - UPDATE
Well, replaced the rockers and just did a leakdown to see if any valves were bent...... Can't tell!!!
The air is blowing past all 6 cylinders right into the crankcase! Time for some new rings (among other things). So off comes the whole top end for rings, check all valves and replace as needed, install new guides on the newly machined heads, and..., and..., and...$$$$$
For those of you who want to know, we didn't even bother to record the leakdown numbers, suffice it to say, 50% was the good one. Yea, they knew that the engine was cold, and the oil's been out for weeks, but with those values, it wouldn't improve to 95%.

Burning Brakes
Noob question....but if both inlet and exhaust valves are bent, then couldn't all the compressed air from the leakdown test be shooting past the (semi-open) valves and the rings are actually fine?

Yes that could happen...but it would be fairly obvious as you would be able to hear the air coming out of the intake manifold & tail pipe. It is relatively easy to hear/feel where air from a leakdown is leaking (in the OP's case, you'd hear it through the crankcase breather).

Not by myself, will be doing it with help (from 2 club members)
Me: remove trans, complete intake, all tinwork, fuel injectors and wires.
Us: complete teardown of top end, pull barrels, replace rings
Shop: check heads for valve damage, replace valve guides and seals (and any bent valves), measure barrel heights, machine parts
Us: install heads, time cams and button up top end
Me: reinstall intake, trans and covers
Me: reinstall engine in car - AGAIN, THEN DRIVE!!
