Default broken door lock cylinder?

I just had my c2 inspected and when I picked it up the door lock spins in place and you can actually take the cylinder completely out of the door. Has this happened to anyone else? It was working fine when I dropped it off. Their tech says that a plastic clip broke and that of.course it wasn't his fault. Sorry if this has been answered before, on my phone.
Thanks, Justin

Beleive there's a screw that holds it in place. Very easy to fix once you get door panel off. I've done it to get broken key out of lock. If you search you can get a DIY on the door panel and a couple of great threads/tips on the cylinder. Let me know if you need more info.
