+1 on Pelican. They have one of the largest inventories, IMO.

I've also used Vertex in Miami for years. Sid Gonzalez there is a great guy, very knowledgeable. I was in Miami last month and had a chance to meet him and his colleagues...All very well-informed folks!

I would love an East cost supplier too. I've ordered some generic bits from thepartsgeek.com (spark plugs, cap/rotor, brake rotors/pads, etc), have been very happy and they arrive within 3-days to Boston.

I've always had good luck with Pelican for more unique parts, but I just placed an order on the 18th and it isn't scheduled to arrive until the 27th...

DCautomotive in NC is competitively priced on a lot of parts and they have great used prices on things that are not subject to wear, but they are very slow in getting things out.

Local dealership is criminally overpriced.

I'll check out the suggestions listed.

Try Roger at 928sRus.com.

He gets his parts at the same place all the other vendors do, is usually cheaper and typically ships same day or next day. It's not only parts for 928's. Also a R-list sponsor.

The ones listed in this thread are:

GermanAutoParts.com in New York
https://www.hennessyporsche.com in Atlanta, Georgia

928sRus.com in Texas

ECS!!! That's it. That's the vendor I was racking my brain trying to remember. I did order from them once or twice but it has been a few years. Thanks for the reminder.

Delaware Porsche is competitive with Sunset Porsche. Problem nowadays is that parts are limited and can be out of stock.

Default Updated List with links

Good stuff. The updated list with links is below. I separated those that are not on the Eastern Seaboard but are still closer than California since the goal of this thread was to cut down on shipping time and costs for those of us who live in the east.

Delaware Porsche Parts in Newark, Delaware
FCP Euro in Milford, Connecticut

German Auto Parts in Galway, New York
Hennessy Porsche Atlanta, Georgia
Suncoast Porsche in Sarasota,Florida
Vertex Auto in Miami, Florida

Alternate suppliers (not on the Eastern Seaboard)
928sRUS in Texas
ECS Tuning in Wadsworth, Ohio
Parts Geek in Doylestown, PA
Rock Auto in Madison, Wisconsin

Delaware has been my go-to lately but this newcomer popped up in a recent search-
https://www.oemluxuryparts.com

They seem affiliated with Princeton Porsche (NJ) and are similarly priced to the other discount genuine parts vendors.

Wayne has sold Pelican since his post a decade ago. The last time I ordered from Pelican, the parts shipped from North Carolina. That was a surprise to me, as I got spoiled by next-day delivery times from what used to be their LA-area warehouse. Now Pelican has warehouses in both CA as well as NC.

I think Pelican still ships all international orders from California which means if the part is in NC it first travels to CA and then gets shipped to Canada. Our normal ship time is measured in weeks unfortunately.

I've been using Delaware Porsche the past couple years and they've been great to deal with.

Not on the east coast per the original question of this thread, but as I located on the west coast, I buy my OEM parts from the dealership in Beaverton, OR. No tax. Prices about 25 percent off list. And the parts guy (Luke?) takes the time to let me know if there are updated parts numbers or other little doodads (parts) that are typically ordered with whatever project I seem to be doing.
