Using a 215/45 will affect the rolling radius more than a 225. Compared to the original 205/50, the 215/45 will lead to an error in the speedo reading and lower the ride height (-5.75 mm). A 225/45 will pretty much preserve the rolling radius. This on-line calculator is good for comparing different tyre sizes:

I've just got to find someone to sort the bolster in the driver's seat.

Southbound want crazy money. I got a (too)cheap quote a while back from a guy recommended by the classic car place I bought the car from but i didnt get a goid vibe. Thinking of Benchmark Leather - seams to have good rep here and on PH.

Any other suggestions for competent trimmers in the south east?
