Default LED Side Light Bulbs?

Anyone try them?

Was thinking about trying to make the light a little less "20year old yellow" looking at night without it looking to racey looking.

233-led-extreme-power-1.5w-360-degree-white

They seem to offer a 360 light which might be better than the LED on the end (as the 233 bulb is sticking up in the light unit at an angle and not pointing straight out)

I have switched all bulbs (save the instrument panel and headlamps) to LED (although not the one you mention) Am very pleased with the results and as an added bonus the battery does not run down if the boot light does not go out

Also great in those sections of Eu where you leave a sidemarker lit on the traffic side when parked..

Did you also swap out the turn signal? I'm curious if you can use LEDs there without changing out the relay.

I swapped all bulbs and the turn signals work they flash faster (which I think is better) No relay swap or wiring was necessary, just a bit of bending the contacts on the festoon bulbs in glove compartment, and interior light/engine and trunk which I would not have had to do had I measured the actual bulbs before ordering..

Just swapped out the side light bulbs and saw a dramatic difference in the colour of projected light for the side light 233 bulb.

If you have a problem trunk/boot engine compartment light swapping to LED will save you the problems of battery drain when they stay on...I cannot believe that such a simple circuit (grounding switch) can be so complicated (and lets not mention the clock)

I added LEDs to my center reflector just an added measure of safety!

I pulled the bulbs a long time ago and never replaced them for the engine and boot compartment. but the yellow side lights and interior bulbs bugged me.
