I think I'm in love...

Kai,
If I'm not mistaken, that shot you posted was taken at the San Diego Porsche Parade four years back. It sure looks familiar, especially the cars and building in the background. I was there with my RSA and also noticed a US Cup car (964) owned by the guy who started the Cup car registry and who bought the car new in 93 from a local dealer. Way cool.

I believe the 964 in the first post is owned by Mark H. from Portland. He posted that photo of his car on the long 964 thread on the Early S board. Very cool car for sure.

Newbie chimes in
Well, being a newbie, anything I say will likely be all wrong... but... there is something about certain Porsches that are just so perfectly Porsche. This is got to be one of them. Buzz

Ok, found the post (#48) I was looking for on Mark's RSR from the first post.

Yep, that's an epic thread, isn't it? Stevie W. turned me onto it just the other day and I sat up all night reading the entire thing.
It's a remarkable 964 love fest, is it not? There are several 3.8L RS/RSR threads here also with much information.

I took almost the exact same picture at the parade in Portland, 2006?. I kept coming back to that car and just staring and picking out details. My wife thought I was nuts, with all the cars there I think that was my favorite.
