Engine mounts - C2 Cabriolet
I'm not sure if my engine mounts work correctly or are not completely worn out. Please tell me how to check them.
I have a C2 convertible, and whether you have an idea what engine mounts i should install in my 964 C2 Cab, of course not taking into account the dedicated - 965 375 049 00 and 965 375 050 00.

I used a 993 mount. you can look at the mount and see if it has dropped. You could also tell by where the seal around the tin has been and were it is now.
You will be about $500 shorter if you want to do the hydrolic 964 mounts and about $220 for the 993 mounts.
Now I did hear there was a less expensive hyrdrolic 964 mount that superceds the part numbers you have listed above.

I have to pay around 500 Euro for set of 2. In my opinion (I know is worth) is very expensive if I can find cheaper and good enough for C2 Cabrio.
Is there any problem with the instalation engine mounts from 993?

The Wevo/RS/ and 993 mounts will all replace any 964 model mount (C2/4/Cab). No reason to use the 964 mounts, they're much more expensive.
Check them by looking at how much they sag. There are a handful of pics on here via the search to compare.
