what kind of wheels? Some you can do yourself easily enough, others should be sent to a pro.

I've had good luck with Rimpro. http://www.rimpro.com/index.html

They powder coated my Cup 1's and center caps.

Dnt know what they are but it looks like a DIY, good cleaning and prep and you could use Wurth Wheel Paint

This may be too 'amateurish' for you but...

Not trying to hijack the thread, any ideas to do this with factory chromes? Plating is peeling and I don't like chrome anyway. Any shops recommended on the east coast to refinish?

I had a "Cup 2" wheel repaired by these guys and it looked perfect. The wheel was slightly bent and needed painting.

that picture was of the best looking wheel....the worst one has pretty deep gouges in the outer rim...over all I have 2 fair rims that I can clean up myself and 2 that will need to be sent off for fixing and re-powdercoating.

Most bodyshops will refurb alloys (not splittys), if you can paint a car you can paint a wheel.
