Default help! installed springs/shocks

Hi Guys, finished installing springs and shocks but when I went out for a test drive I'm getting a "klunk" from both rear wheels when I go over a bump.
The only thing I can figure is that I didn't tighten the top nut that holds the upper spring perch enough & now it's banging.

Sound right?

Thanks

Are you sway bar drop links tight?

Took one off...again and see that the nut securing the top spring craddle was not threaded all the way down & thus a thump. Drop links are good so this should do it. On the bright side...I can remove a shock, position & tighten those bastid top nuts in record time!

Trial & error is the name of the game.

Glad you found the problem.

We all have our little troubles working on these cars. I repaired my speedometer over the winter and didn't replace the lights. Why when they worked ok before, right? Want to guess what happened this week? Yup, one of the bulbs burned out. Doh! I wish I had replaced them as a precaution. Now I get to remove the speedo again. Groan......
